Status: stable
This property is for declaring where the subject is (or was) located, in physical space.

RDF logic:
  • Subject:      Pagenames of things with a fixed location, e.g. events, countries, cities etc. Not events of people, ideas, organisations.
  • Predicate:  Has location
  • Object:        Could be a geographical datatype (e.g. coordinates) or maybe also pagenames. (type page OR coordinates (Hmmm, maybe we need two different properties for this)...The "Page OR coordinates (Hmmm, maybe we need two different properties for this)..." type of this property is invalid)

For an example of how a pagename could work well as a range, consider how to specify the range of a legal event (Alcohol_Prohibition Has_location USA).
