Le Cercle met in Morocco in 2012 to which Michael Ancram invited Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
Exposure
The invitation letter was leaked online and added several names to the list of documented Cercle visitors, including that of Margaret Thatcher.[1]
