The OKC bombing was understood by very few commentators at the time as a false flag. It was originally blamed on "Islamic terrorists". The event was probably used to destroy USDOJ investigations, as well as being used to speed introduction of new "anti-terror" laws. The FBI quickly collected CCTV of the event, but did not publicly release it. Later, in response to a FOIA request, it later claimed to have lost the tapes.
