Peter Denis Sutherland was a deep politician who held a number of key posts. A member of the Bilderberg/Steering committee until May 2014, honorary Chairman of the Trilateral Commission from 2010 until his death in 2018, he was Attorney General of Ireland in the 1980s, in the 1990s he was Director-General of the World Trade Organization for 2 years, followed by a decade as Chairman of Goldman Sachs.

Career

"In a glittering career he was by turns a top-flight lawyer, Attorney General, Ireland’s EU Commissioner, head of the World Trade Organization which delivered a landmark global free trade deal, and a leading light in international business and finance."[1]

Morally Most Wanted

On 23 February 2019, an article entitled "Morally Most Wanted" was published indicting Peter Sutherland for moral offences against the economy, the environment and human rights with three generic charges:

1. That he, Peter Sutherland, has committed Economicide.

2. That he, Peter Sutherland, has been implicated in Ecocide.

3. That he, Peter Sutherland, has, through his involvement with BP, been implicated in Human Rights abuses.

These purely moral offences may have been committed through negligence or recklessness as well as intentionally.[2]
