DescriptionAnnual conference of mid-level functionaries from the military-industrial complex - politicians, propagandists and lobbyists. The real decisions are made by deep politicians behind the scenes, elsewhere.

The Munich Security Conference 2023 took place from 17-19 February, 2023, in Munich.[2]

Own words

Numerous high-ranking international decision-makers will attend the Munich Security Conference 2023, including heads of state and government, ministers of defense and foreign affairs, as well as leading figures from academia, business and civil society. Particpants include several dozen heads of state[3]

Striking presences

The German journalist and historian Hermann Ploppa observed:

Also striking is the presence of people who are still eerily remembered to us from the corona campaign. The head of the World Health Organization WHO, His Highness Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, is standing there next to our Minister of Health Karlchen Klabauterbach and the "Corona General" Carsten Breuer. Then also a conspicuous accumulation of climate ministers from all imaginable or even unthinkable corners of this world. This personel could give us the idea that the topics of pandemic management and climate mismanagement could be integral components of a possible warfare. But we discard that right away. Because that would be conspiracy theory again. Right?[4]

Appeal for armaments increase

In April 2023, Christoph Heusgen, chair of the Munich Security Conference, and 4 other deep state operatives, Simon McDonald, Stéphane Abrial, Jim Jones and Stefano Stefanini, called for large-scale arms supplies to Ukraine and a massive armaments program, while also laying the groundwork for future conflict with China.

Ukraine needs the combined force of tanks, longer-range missiles and aircraft to conduct a successful counterattack, paving the way to Ukrainian victory and peace negotiations on acceptable terms.

It is no longer acceptable that Germany and Italy do not spend 2% of their GDP on defence; the 2024 budget will be a litmus test. With regard to France, the move by the defence industry to a "war economy", as called for by the French government, needs to be genuinely pursued. In similar vein, Europe needs to live up to its decades-old promises of strengthening European defence capabilities.

When speaking about possible peace negotiations, we should be wary of China's role in this conflict.[5]
