CIA Plumbing
In 1976 Gerald Ford appointed brought Bush back to Washington to become Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), replacing William Colby.[29] Mark Gorton summarises his role in office as follows:

Bush’s real job was to staunch the flow of secrets out of the CIA and prevent the exposure of the truly explosive evil truths of the now multiple Coups d’état executed by the CIA.

CIA | “[Bush] wielded this heightened power on behalf of the military industrial complex that president Eisenhower had so famously warned against. Politicising the process of intelligence analysis, he imposed a systematic bias that took a new, harder line towards the communist block. This was a direct reversal of the Nixon-Kissinger policy of detente. Under the guidance of Rumsfeld, Cheney, a young Paul Wolfowitz and others who had ascended in the Halloween massacre, Poppy began finding ways to get around the analysts who did not sufficiently hype the Soviet threat. To that end, he created a second analytical team which produced alarming estimates of Soviet military capabilities. The concept was known as Team A - Team B. In this way, Poppy was the father of the analytical gamesmanship his son would use to justify war with Iraq nearly three decades later, under the guidance of the same Rumseld, Cheney and Wolfowitz.”
George Carlin | “This whole country has a manhood problem, biiiiiig manhood problem in the USA. You can tell from the language we use; language always gives you away. What did we do wrong in Vietnam? We pulled out! Huh? Not a very manly thing to do is it? When you’re fucking people, you gotta stay in there and fuck them good! Fuck ‘em all the way! Fuck ‘em ‘til the end! Fuck ‘em to death! Fuck ‘em to death! Fuck ‘em to death! Stay in there and keep fucking them until they’re all dead! We left a few women and children alive in Vietnam and we haven’t felt good about ourselves since. That’s why in the Persian Gulf George Bush had to say “this will not be another Vietnam!” He actually used these words, he said: “This time, we’re going all the way!” Imagine, an American president using the sexual slang of a 13-year-old to describe his foreign policy. If you wanna know what happened in the Persian Gulf, just remember the names of the two men who were running that war: Dick Cheney and Colin Powell… somebody got fucked in the ass!” | George Carlin
George Carlin | “(in New York) I really haven't seen this many people in one place since they took the group photographs of all the criminals and lawbreakers in the Ronald Reagan Administration. Two-hundred and twenty-five of 'em, so far! 225 different people in the Ronald Reagan administration have either quit, been fired, arrested, indicted, or convicted of either breaking the law or violating the ethics code! These are the same people who were elected with the help of the moral majority. Elected with the help of the moral majority and the Teamsters union. That's a good combination! Organized religion and organized crime working together to help build a better America.” | George Carlin
Contadora Island | “Surely you've heard the rumors about why Noriega was taken down and today rots in a U.S. prison." "I've heard that he had cameras on Contadora Island." It was an infamous resort off Panama's coast, a "safe haven" where U.S. businessmen could treat politicians to every conceivable vice. I had visited—and used—Contadora several times during my EHM days. "You heard who got caught by those cameras?" Jose nodded. "From where I sit, those rumors ring awfully true. I've experienced things that take them out of the realm of fantasy." He cocked his head. "So have you." He paused, looking around. "And it terrifies me." ” | John Perkins | 2007 |
Fabian Escalante | “In his memoirs, Cuban intelligence official Fabian Escalante asserted that Nixon had met with an important group of Texas businessmen to arrange funding for the operation [to assassinate JFK]. Escalante, whose service was vaunted for its U.S. spy network, claimed that the Texas group was headed by George H. W. Bush and Jack Crichton.” | Russ Baker Fabian Escalante | 2009 |
