The 53rd Munich Security Conference took place from 16-19 February 2017.

Bill Gates dominated the panel on "Health Security: Small Bugs, Big Bombs" with his pushing of express rollouts of mRNA "vaccines", quarantines, "sophisticated survelliance", and a militarized repsonse to curb an imminent "pandemic".
