Background

Talbott attended Yale University where his roommate was Derek Shearer.[1] On a Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford University he was a college roommate of Bill Clinton.

Activities

Strobe Talbott was an accomplished Russian scholar and he translated Nikita Khruschev's memoirs. During the Clinton Administration, Talbott was the US Department of State official largely responsible for the major pillaging of the Russian Federation through the corrupt privatisation scheme constructed by Treasury Secretary Larry Summers (of Harvard University).

Strobe Talbott is brother-in-law with Hillary Clinton-fixer Cody Shearer who was behind the compilation of the Steele Dossier.
