Was requested to join the Iraq War one year before all other MPs, became Secretary General of NATO the next year. In that role he held an "anti-terrorist exercise" 3 days before the 2004 Madrid train bombings. Psychic powers for sure.

Jaap de Hoop Scheffer is a Dutch politician and deep state operative. De Hoop Scheffer was requested to join the Iraq War one year before all other MPs and became Secretary General of NATO the next year.
