DescriptionThe assassination of US President John F. Kennedy. This is the seminal deep political event of modern times. And no, it wasn't a 'lone nut'… There were much bigger motives. The facts remain that JFK was on terrible terms with the CIA and the Joint Chiefs of Staff as-well as every other element of the deep state.
PerpetratorsJohn F. Kennedy/Assassination/Perpetrators, The Cabal
Blamed onLee Harvey Oswald

The assassination of US President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963 is agreed by most deep politics researchers to be a seminal deep political event. Mark Gorton refers to the group that killed Kennedy as "the cabal", and argues that the perpetrators, united by blood guilt, became a dominant force in US politics right up to the present day.[1] There is a lot of well presented information on this topic at Spartacus Educational[2].

Official Narrative

The Warren Commission concluded on 24 September 1964 that there was no conspiracy and that Lee Harvey Oswald was a "lone nut" who fired the shot that killed the president. Two days after his arrest, whilst in police custody, Oswald was himself killed by another "lone nut", Jack Ruby.

In 1979 the US House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) concluded that Kennedy was probably assassinated as the result of a conspiracy, with "...a high probability that two gunmen fired at the President"[3] - though the HSCA did not identify a co-conspirator.

Nowadays most Americans believe that Oswald did not act alone.[4]

Problems

back and to the left

A lot of evidence suggests that neither Lee Harvey Oswald nor Jack Ruby were 'lone nuts', but that they had close connections with US government agencies and were in fact involved in a complex plot orchestrated by a team of (mostly) US government insiders. Standard operating procedure was violated multiple times in ways inexplicable according to the "lone nut" hypothesis, such Emory Roberts' ordering off the two secret service men who should have stood at the corners of Kennedy's limousine.[5][6][7]

Peter Dale Scott notes that just minutes after the shooting, a description of the suspect was issued that was a poor match for Oswald, but was an exact match for his FBI file (which had had a flurry of activity just before the assassination).[8]

Mountains of evidence suggests that the Warren Commission was set up to fail and that elements within the US government have ever since been involved in a determined, ongoing cover up of what really happened. Many witnesses, reporters, and others connected to the Kennedy assassination have turned up dead. Over 100 murders, suicides, and mysterious deaths reported. [9]

Perhaps one of the biggest problems with the official narrative comes from the zapruder film which shows Kennedy's head moving back and to the left, instead of moving "violently forward" as described by Dan Rather on CBS. If his head moved "violently forward" as described by the corporate media then this would support the claim that Oswald fired from the Texas School Book Depository because it was behind the 1961 Lincoln Continental Kennedy was riding in. However his head can be clearly seen moving back and to the left (see above) supporting the eyewitness testimony of shots from the grassy knoll which was to the right of the car.

Background

Handbill circulated on November 21, 1963, one day before the assassination

President John F Kennedy was assassinated by gunfire as he traveled in a motorcade in an open-top limousine in Dallas, Texas on Friday, November 22, 1963 (12:30 pm, CST); Texas Governor John Connally was wounded during the shooting, but survived. Within two hours, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the murder of Dallas policeman JD Tippit and arraigned that evening. Shortly after 1:30 am, Saturday, Oswald was arraigned for murdering President Kennedy as well.[10][11] On Sunday, November 24, at 11:21 am, nightclub owner Jack Ruby shot and killed Oswald as he was being transferred to the county jail.

Immediately after the shooting, many people suspected that the assassination was part of a larger plot.[12] Ruby's shooting of Oswald compounded initial suspicions.[12] Among conspiracy theorists, Mark Lane has been described as writing "the first literary shot" with his article, "Defense Brief for Oswald," in the December 19, 1963 edition of the National Guardian.[13] [14] Thomas Buchanan's Who Killed Kennedy?, published in May 1964, has been credited as the first book alleging a conspiracy.[15]

Warren Commission

The Magic Bullet that came out in almost perfect condition.

After the assassination Lyndon B. Johnson appointed the Warren Commission to investigate and told commissioner Warren that they must find Lee Harvey Oswald as the lone assassin. The Warren Commission then concluded that Oswald acted alone and that no credible evidence supported the contention that he was involved in a conspiracy to assassinate the president.[16] According to the Warren report, Oswald fired three shots in six seconds to kill the president (although leaving four bullets and, without leaving any residue of nitrate on his cheek). They also concluded that one of the bullets managed to cause seven entry/exit wounds penetrating 15 inches of tissue, 4 inches of rib and a radius bone to come out in almost perfect condition. These results have never been duplicated. [17]

Robert F. Kennedy

House Select Committee on Assassinations

Full article: House Select Committee on Assassinations

In 1979, the United States House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) agreed with the Warren Commission that Oswald assassinated Kennedy, but concluded that the Commission's report and the original FBI investigation were seriously flawed. The HSCA stated that "the Warren Commission failed to investigate adequately the possibility of a conspiracy to assassinate the President.[3][18] The HSCA concluded that John F. Kennedy was probably a victim of a conspiracy based off gunshots recorded in Dealey Plaza on police radio. Six impulses were recorded but due to budget restrictions the HSCA could only have four of them analyzed. The Analysis concluded that the four impulses analyzed were gunshots and that shots three and four occurred within seven tenths of a second of each other. The HSCA also concluded the fourth shot came from the grassy knoll adding there was a second shooter. With a peer reviewed study backing The HSCA investigation, [19] it destroys the Official Narrative that Oswald was a "lone nut" . [3]The HSCA asked the Justice Department to reopen the case but the department has declined to do so.[20]

The Ramsey Clark Panel and the Rockefeller Commission both supported the Warren Commission's conclusions, while New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison unsuccessfully prosecuted Clay Shaw for conspiring to assassinate Kennedy.
