Milton William "Bill" Cooper was an American educator, radio broadcaster, deep state researcher and man of the militia. His work has considerable influence to this day. He announced in late June 2001 that "they" were going to carry out an "outlandish" false flag attack and blame Osama bin Laden.[2] He was shot dead by the US Marshals Service less than two months after 9-11.
“Whatever they're going to blame on Usama bin Laden - don't you believe it...They will soon do something outlandish to gain the support of the Sheeple.”
William Cooper (28 June 2001) [3]
Contents
Career
Information about his background and education mostly comes from his own accounts; Cooper said to have served in the United States Navy, the United States Air Force, and Naval Intelligence until his discharge in 1975.[4] Public records show a period of service in the Navy with a ratings code of E-5/Sergeant, including a tour of duty in Vietnam with two service medals.[5] Afterwards he attended a junior college in California, and worked for several technical and vocational schools before starting to make his research known in 1988.
Behold a Pale Horse
In 1991, Cooper's Behold a Pale Horse was published. It became popular in prisons, especially, according to Mark Jacobson (who wrote a biography unsympathetic to Cooper),[6][7][8] among Black inmates.[9][10] Cooper influenced generations of Rappers with it.[11] It routinely topped the lists of the most‐shoplifted books in the country.[12]
The Hour of the Time
From 1992 until November 2001, he broadcast his radio show, The Hour of the Time, via satellite hookups and shortwave frequencies from a studio in his house atop a hill in the small White Mountains town of Eagar, Arizona, 15 miles from the New Mexico border.[13]
CAJI
The Citizens Agency for Joint Intelligence (CAJI) was established by Cooper;[14] according to him the biggest private intelligence gathering organization at the time.[citation needed] It stands to reason that it involved people he knew from early Internet message boards who shared information from books and other documentation to further understanding of history, but it also included people that "infiltrated the lodge".[citation needed]
Criticism
Critics argue that Cooper simply expanded the speculations of earlier "conspiracy theorists" by incorporating government involvement with extraterrestrials as a central theme; in interviews before his death he made known that he regretted his early speculations, since by his account he was tricked into believing that he saw a UFO (organized by US intelligence probably in the assumption that he would start to talk about this experience).[15][16] The general fact that US intelligence tried to seed information about UFOs in the population and mislead certain influential, or simply interested people has been shown to be true in the documentary: Mirage Men
Cooper has been the subject of numerous hit pieces.
At least two biographies of him have been published:
- William Cooper: Death Of A Conspiracy Salesman (2011)[17]
- Pale Horse Rider: William Cooper, the Rise of Conspiracy, and the Fall of Trust in America[18]
"The most dangerous radio host in America""
Shortly after the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building Rush Limbaugh read a White House memo on the air during his broadcast which named William Cooper, "...the most dangerous radio host in America".[19]

William Cooper [20]
Alex Jones
Cooper called Alex Jones out as a fraud in the 90s when Jones started his career, who in turn told lies about Cooper later on.[21]
9/11
William Cooper announced on 28th June, 2001 on his radio programme, Hour of the Time, that a major attack on USA was planned and that: "Whatever they're going to blame on Usama bin Laden - don't you believe it".[22]
Assassination
William Cooper was shot dead during a raid on his house on November 5, 2001. Federal authorities reported that Cooper had spent years evading execution of a 1998 arrest warrant, and according to a spokesman for the US Marshals Service, he had vowed that "he would not be taken alive".[23]

Knights of Malta | “The Knights of Malta is a world organization with its threads weaving through business, banking, politics, the CIA, other intelligence organizations, P2, religion, education, law, military, think tanks, foundations, the United States Information Agency, the United Nations, and numerous other organizations. The world head of the Knights of Malta is elected for a life term, with the approval of the Pope. The Knights of Malta have their own Constitution and are sworn to work toward the establishment of a New World Order with the Pope at its head. Knights of Malta members are also powerful members of the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and the Trilateral Commission.” | ||
Mass shooting | “The government encouraged the manufacture and importation of military firearms for the criminals to use. This is intended to foster a feeling of insecurity, which would lead the American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms. Using drugs and hypnosis on mental patients in a process called Orion, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the antigun lobby. This plan is well under way, and so far is working perfectly. The middle class is begging the government to do away with the 2nd amendment.” | 1991 |
