The 2001 Bilderberg Meeting was the 49th such meeting and had participants from European countries, the United States and Canada. It was held in Stenungsund, Sweden. The 107 guests included 38 business executives, 24 politicians, 9 financiers, 10 editors/journalists and 8 academics. The next meeting was the 2002 Bilderberg.
