The Russian Deep State, unlike the deep states of western "democracies" is occasionally reported on by the corporate media. It appears to be collaborating with the supranational deep state.

The Russian deep state saw a change of operatives in 1917 during the Russian revolution, and a smaller change again in 1991, during the break-up of the Soviet Union. Powerful sections include (almost exclusively Jewish) billionaires who became rich by looting the economy in the 1990s, mafia bosses, the infamous intelligence services (KGB, GRU, FSB...), and the military-industrial complex.

How strong the connections to the supranational deep state are, is a matter of some debate, but the Russian deep state is actively involved in Covid-19, the World Economic Forum and the Great reset.

Western intelligence services are active in the country, and financially supports "the opposition" of NGOs and civil society activists, as they did during the last years of the Soviet era. Russian Bilderbergers tend to be from this sector.

USSR

The Soviet communist party was an important group during the time of the USSR.

History

French and British operatives installed several tsars and tsarinas on the throne, while arranging the assassinations of others.

The French intelligence service Secret du Roi was behind the 1741 palace revolution in Russia that brought Empress Elizabeth to the throne. King Louis XV of France sent a secret dispatch to an agent in St. Petersburg:

You certainly know, and I repeat this very clearly, that the only goal of my policy towards Russia is to remove it as far as possible from European affairs. Anything that can plunge her into chaos, the former darkness, is beneficial to me.

In 1802 the British arranged for the assassination of tsar Paul I.

The Russian spy Jan Witkiewicz was murdered by British agents in St. Petersburg in 1839, just before the First Anglo-Afghan War.

20th Century

World War 1

British agents were directly behind the assassination of imperial advisor Grigori Rasputin.

Post WW2

1950s

Josef Stalin died after a short illness in 1953. While presumably a natural death, some theories point to poisoning or a conscious decision to withhold medical aid, by intelligence chief Lavrentiy Beria. Other theories have pointed to the Doctors' plot, an alleged conspiracy of Soviet doctors, with Western guidance, to poison the Soviet leadership.

1980s

The Soviet deep state traded actively on the international black arms market, some of it in what became known as Iran-contra.

1990s

Privatisation

Anatoly Chubais and Yegor Gaidar were involved in privatisation under President Boris Yeltsin. Advisors included Anders Aslund and Jeffrey Sachs, both connected to Western intelligence services, who on purpose ran the economy into the ground, while letting select interests loot public assets. The operation became known as "The theft of the century".[1]

Russian apartment bombings

In September 1999, a series of bombs were set off to destroy apartments in Russia. They were blamed on Chechen separatists. The bombings ceased after FSB officers were spotted placing explosives in the basement of a building in Ryazan. The Russian official narrative becomes confused and self-contradictory at this point.

How the KGB shaped Vladimir Putin and his Russian oligarchs/It's Complicated - The Guardian, 2022

Russian-Jewish Mafia bosses like Semion Mogilevich direct a vast criminal empire connected to the supranational deep state.

Putin stepped in during a time when Boris Yeltsin according to ISGP was encircled or working with Peterson Institute directors, and well-connected deep state actors Peter Peterson and Larry Summers alongside a Zionist influence. Putin called the clan "clandestine CIA officers" and quickly replaced them with 3 deep state factions: The Siloviki – A Russian term for the intelligence and army community with many angry elements because of the Soviet Union's downfall; Oligarchs that were paid off and forced to stay out of politics in exchange for no meddling in ethical affairs; and nationalistic scholars and personal friends that could function as deep state functionaries from Putin's time in St. Petersburg.[2]

“Putin is a modern KGB/FSB elitist who has subdued the oligarchs and think tank elite. His power comes from the FSB old boys and the oil, gas, media and defense corporations he has taken control of.”
JVDH (2005)  [3]

ISGP names Putin as the #1 in Russia on his superclass index of most influential deep state operatives. Putin mostly controls the Russian Deep State and biggest Russian companies through appointing the directors at the most important businesses. These include, Menatep Bank, Gazprom, FGC UES, Rosneft, Nornickel and the GRU-linked Far West. Interestingly, Far West had investments and links to Soros, Adnan Khasoggi, Al Qaeda, Halliburton, facing scrutiny from the CIA and the Mossad, according to Peter Dale Scott.

Integrity Initiative Leak

The UK government suggested that Russian spies were behind the Integrity Initiative Leak. These documents showed that the II was stacked with Russophobic victims of perpetual war mentality, and was very closely watching social media around the Skripal Affair, possibly indicative that it was a false flag.

2020s

Russia embraced the policies of the supranational deep state during the COVID-19 event. It also reportedly developed its own COVID 19 jab, named Sputnik V (although it is uncertain how original whether this was just a rebranding of other jabs)[citation needed].

Alexander Kagansky was a Russian vaccine researcher found dead in unclear circumstances.

Leo Tolstoy“When he entered, Prince Andrew, his eyes drooping contemptuously (with that peculiar expression of polite weariness which plainly says, "If it were not my duty I would not talk to you for a moment"), was listening to an old Russian general with decorations, who stood very erect, almost on tiptoe, with a soldier's obsequious expression on his purple face, reporting something.

"Very well, then, be so good as to wait," said Prince Andrew to the general, in Russian, speaking with the French intonation he affected when he wished to speak contemptuously, and noticing Boris, Prince Andrew, paying no more heed to the general who ran after him imploring him to hear something more, nodded and turned to him with a cheerful smile.

At that moment Boris clearly realized what he had before surmised, that in the army, besides the subordination and discipline prescribed in the military code, which he and the others knew in the regiment, there was another, more important, subordination, which made this tight-laced, purple-faced general wait respectfully while Captain Prince Andrew, for his own pleasure, chose to chat with Lieutenant Drubetskoy. More than ever was Boris resolved to serve in future not according to the written code, but under this unwritten law. He felt now that merely by having been recommended to Prince Andrew he had already risen above the general who at the front had the power to annihilate him, a lieutenant of the Guards. Prince Andrew came up to him and took his hand.”

In Lithuania and in the West, Putin's system of rule is still often described as a monolith pyramid. In the eyes of society, Putin manages to present himself as an irreplaceable leader-statesman (‘tsar’, according to the West), solely making key decisions. But such an understanding of ruling processes in Russia is one of the main mistakes which prevents from obtaining a deeper insight into the regime's origins and foundations.
