And I think this is something which people just don't really realize. And it's part of how the whole system has just become fake. So you have fake [[meritocracy]], fake responsibility, and then fake cabinet government. So they all walk up [[Downing Street], the cameras work, they pose, they smile, haha, I'm going into the most powerful meeting, aren't I great? But it's all nonsense. The cabinet is just a kind of stage theater. And actually officials in the cabinet office have already decided it all.

Right. So the prime minister says, Hello, Secretary of State, blah, blah, blah. And all these officials sit around the sides on chairs around the edge of the room. And then the MP, the Secretary of State, all look down at their folders because they've all got their scripts. Right. And this is why I use the [[NPC meme]], right? Because then the prime minister reads out, well, we're here to discuss blah, blah, blah. And then he goes around the room and then Secretary of State for Justice or the Foreign Secretary reads out his bullet points. And then he reads out their bullet points.

Right.

And then the MPs are happy with that. Right. Well, how does the psychology of it work?

Officials are happy because they have almost all the real power. The cabinet secretary is now 100 times more powerful than any cabinet minister apart from the PM. And the MPs are happy because this whole system pretends that they're in charge. So both sides are basically happy with the fake version of the government.

Dominic Cummings is a suspected UK deep state operative who was chosen as a "special adviser" to UKPM Boris Johnson.

David Cameron reportedly described him as a "career psychopath".[1] On 8 August 2019, The Canary headlined an article about Dominic Cummings:"Brexit has given us an unelected bureaucrat, who married into aristocracy, pulling the strings in Downing Street."[2]

He was appointed Chief Adviser to Prime Minister Boris Johnson in July 2019. He resigned in 2020, after was discovered breaking the government's own lockdown rules, where all "non-essential travel" was forbidden. The scandal inadvertently exposed how the ones making the rules knew "Covid" was not a threat.

Early life

Cummings was born in Durham on 25 November 1971. He attended Exeter College, Oxford, where he studied under Norman Stone,[3] graduating in 1994 with a First in Ancient and Modern History.[4] After graduating, Cummings moved to Russia and lived there until 1997.[5] He shared a flat with the Liam Halligan, later of GB News [6][7]

He worked for a group attempting to set up an airline connecting Samara in southern Russia to Vienna in Austria which George Parker of the Financial Times said was "spectacularly unsuccessful".[8][Spooky. sounds like a cover]. He subsequently returned to the UK.

Political career

From 2007 to 2014, he was a special adviser to Michael Gove, including the time that Gove was Education Secretary, leaving when Gove was made Chief Whip in a cabinet reshuffle.

Dominic Cummings was Campaign Director of Vote Leave, the successful campaign advocating for the UK to vote to leave the European Union in the 2016 EU Referendum.[9] He also worked as Special Adviser to Education Secretary Michael Gove. In March 2019, he was found in contempt of Parliament for not appearing before the parliamentary committee inquiry into "false news" during the referendum campaign.[10]

After Boris Johnson was appointed prime minister in July 2019, Cummings was appointed as Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister.

The Bill Gates network

In May 2021, at a Parliamentary joint Science and Technology Committee and Health and Social Care Committee hearing, Cummings testified to the following:

“In March [2020] I started getting calls from various people saying these new mRNA vaccines could well smash the conventional wisdom. [. . .] People like Bill Gates and that kind of network were saying. [. . .] Essentially what happened is, [. . .] there is a network of people, Bill Gates type people, who were saying completely rethink the paradigm of how you do this.. What Bill Gates and people like that were saying to me and others in number 10 was you need to think of this much more like the classic programs of the past. [. . .] the Manhattan Project in WWII, the Apollo program.. But what Bill Gates and people were saying [. . .] was, the actual expected return on this is so high that even if does turn out to be all wasted billions it's still a good gamble [. . .] and that is what we did.”
Dominic Cummings (May 2021)  [11]

Covid

A scandal involving Cummings occurred in May 2020, after it was reported that he travelled to his parents' farm in Durham during the COVID-19 lockdowns while experiencing "COVID-19 symptoms" (a headace and fever).[12]

The scandal inadvertently exposed how the ones making the rules knew that "Covid" was not a threat, similar to how Neil Ferguson behaved. His mathematical modelling of the "pandemic" predicted huge death rates, but breaking lockdown to visit his mistress[13]; or how the prime minister's office held a Christmas party in 2020.[14]

Editing to look prescient

In May 2020The BBC programme Have I Got News For You? mocked Cummings breaking his own lockdown rules with the words "She won't get pregnant anyway"

In May 2020, doubt was cast on Dominic Cummings' claim he warned of the threat of coronavirus "last year". During a press conference on 25 May 2020[15] in which he denied he broke UK lockdown rules, Cummings said he had written about the "possible threat of coronaviruses" in 2019. "For years, I have warned of the dangers of pandemics," he told reporters. "Last year I wrote about the possible threat of coronaviruses and the urgent need for planning," Cummings added.

The PA news agency did find 15 mentions of the term "pandemic" on Cummings' blog but cached versions of the website show the only mention of the terms "coronavirus" and "SARS" were added in April this 2020.[16]

On 14 November 2020, The Times reported that Cummings had been told to leave Downing Street by Boris Johnson, but also said that he was on garden leave and was working from home on Johnson's plan for mass COVID-19 testing. He was photographed leaving Number 10 with a storage box. Andrew Rawnsley, the Observer's chief political reporter, recorded one former cabinet minister as saying that Cummings had exited "without leaving much trace."[17]

The whole system is fake

“So if you think of two roles, right, the foreign secretary in Great Britain and the private secretary in the PM' office responsible for foreign affairs, an official whose name has never been in the newspapers, that person was like 10 times more powerful and important than the secretary of state was.

And I think this is something which people just don't really realize. And it's part of how the whole system has just become fake. So you have fake meritocracy, fake responsibility, and then fake cabinet government.

So both sides are basically happy with the fake version of the government.”
Dominic Cummings (2024)  [18]

Accusation of closet homosexuality

In December 2011 Dominic Cummings married Mary Wakefield, the daughter of Sir Edward Humphry Tyrrel Wakefield of Chillingham Castle in Northumberland, who became commissioning editor of The Spectator magazine.[19] In 2016, Mary gave birth to a boy.[20]

In October 2016, the Mail on Sunday reported that the then Chief Whip, Gavin Williamson, told Downing Street that Michael Gove had had a homosexual relationship with personal and political ally Dominic Cummings, chief strategist of the Vote Leave campaign in the 2016 EU Referendum.[21]

Criticism

Dominic Cummings is the brains behind Boris. But his dangerous ramblings amount to wanting to re-engineer society by transforming our education system based on dangerous eugenics.[22]

“Some people are comparing Dominic Cummings with Niccolò Machiavelli. This is a mistake as the real comparison is with Joseph Goebbels, the man who became chief political adviser to Adolf Hitler in 1927.”
John Simkin (2020)  [23]

Exposure

On 24 April 2020, it was revealed that Dominic Cummings and Ben Warner, a data scientist he worked with on the Vote Leave campaign for Brexit, are on the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE), the secret scientific group advising the government on the coronavirus pandemic.[24] 0n 29 April 2020 James Forsyth wrote in the Spectator that Cummings invited Demis Hassabis to dial in to a SAGE meeting.[25]
