Racism is a slightly flexible concept, not least since there are no distinct 'races' of people in the scientific sense.

Official narrative
Racial discrimination is not acceptable and racist states such as the government of South Africa have been opposed by the (non-racist) international community. Explicit racism should not be tolerated (even to the point of impinging on free speech). Implicit racism based on economic or other means is however not a problem.
Concerns
This flag is for people who cannot produce White babies. Gays, trans, and intersex people cannot. Black and Brown people cannot. Including Black and Brown seems silly at first because it's supposed to be a "sexuality" flag until you realize this. It is an anti-White hate symbol.
Institutions can be racist. Arrests for drug use in particular are disproportionately heavy for non-Whites in many nations, such as UK and US. The "War on Drugs" has often been used as a hidden means of racist social control.

Reverse-racism is a corrupt distortion of hate-masked "fairness" based simply on superficial natural genetic traits beyond anyone's control, specifically targeting White people and sometimes Asian people. Rather than consider the content of someone's character (charm, compassion, ethics, generosity, humour, intelligence, kindness, wit, etc.) the anti-White sentiment of reverse-racism declares that all White-people are inherently racist from birth without agency nor freedom of choice. Forced into the public consciousness the weaponized term is compelled in education, pop culture, and workplace environments as part of the culture wars, managed decline, manufactured consent, and oppression of Western culture and stability by subverting it with Agenda 2030, "anti-Semitism", Critical Race Theory, cultural Marxism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Environmental, Social, Governance, and their woke agendas and ideologies.

The LGBT flag became an anti-White hate symbol when modified beyond "sexuality" to introduce reverse-racism inclusivity of everyone but White people.

British empire
The British empire systematically exploited tensions between different ethnic groups in its subject states, and even created perceived ethnic differences.[citation needed]
China
Using the language of the "war on terror", the Chinese government has been launching a range of attacks on minority populations on minority population groups, notably Turkic Muslims in Xinjiang as part of the "Strike Hard Campaign".[2]

Israel is the only apartheid state allowed for whatever nonsensical magical reasons that are unquestionable. Using the Holocaust as their eternal victimhood excuse, the British-founded state of Israel is encouraged by the powers that be to embrace Zionism to discriminate against and genocide the Palestinian people in order to steal their land for the Greater Israel Project. Among uncountable war crimes against actual Semitic peoples, there are too many contradictions to the Zionists' claims of their right to return, decreed by God, when so many of them are atheists.
