The 2010 Bilderberg meeting was in the Hotel Dolce Sitges, Barcelona, Spain. The 122 guests included 48 business executives, 18 politicians, 10 financiers, 12 editors/journalists and 8 academics. The next meeting was the 2011 Bilderberg.

Bilderberg watchers at the 2010 Bilderberg were frustrated by strong security and the forest surrounding the venue. However, one Bilderberg watcher penetrated security and equipped with a telephoto lens, successfully photographed all the guests on the last day as the left the hotel.[1][2]
