The 1970 Bilderberg Meeting was the 19th Bilderberg meeting. In contrast to the 1969 Bilderberg, (9-11 May), the 1970 Bilderberg was in April, as were all Bilderbergs of the 1970s. The next was the 1971 Bilderberg.

It had participants from 14 European countries, the United States and Canada.[1] It was held at the Hotel Quellenhof in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland. The 95 guests included 16 business executives, 23 politicians, 5 financiers, 13 editors/journalists and 16 academics. The next was the 1971 Bilderberg.

1. Future Function of the University In Our Society

Three working papers were produced on this topic; one entitled The Future Function of the University in Our Society by Eric Ashby, one on The University and Society by James Alfred Perkins and one entitled Transformations in Society and the Replanning of Education by Edgar Faure.[2]

2. Priorities In Foreign Policy

Two working papers were produced on this topic; the first on Young Americans' Attitudes Towards Foreign Policy for the 1970's by Graham T. Allison, the second on Priorities in Foreign Policy by Karl Kaiser.
