Sullivan & Cromwell was founded by Algernon Sydney Sullivan and William Nelson Cromwell.
Activities
In 1882 Sullivan & Cromwell advised J. P. Morgan during the creation of Edison General Electric.
During World War II, Sullivan & Cromwell assisted IG Farben in the creation of shell companies to prevent the forfeiture of their assets.
