Michael Andrew Foster Jude Kerr, 13th Marquess of Lothian, Baron Kerr of Monteviot is a British deep politician and Conservative party politician.
Deep political connections
Michael Ancram probably took over from Norman Lamont as European chair of Le Cercle.[1]A 2012 letter from him inviting Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz was leaked online.[2]
