James George Stavridis is a retired United States Navy admiral who served as Supreme Allied Commander Europe.
Bilderberg
Admiral Stavridis is not known to have attended the Bilderberg group.
Baltic defence plan
As SACEUR in 2010 he proposed drawing up defence plans for the three ex-Soviet Baltic states - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - against Russian threats, according to a cable signed by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.[1]
