Dr. Kwasi Kwarteng, according to an anonymous 2018 edit to Wikipedia, became Chair of Le Cercle in 2017.[1] Since Le Cercle is an international deep state milieu chaired in Europe in recent years by Brits, this raises the possibility that he is a UK deep state operative.
