António Guterres is a Portuguese politician and diplomat who is the Secretary General of the United Nations. "Never one to shy from hyperbolic pronouncements",[1] he was a particularly aggressive promoter of COVID jab mandation.
“I urge world leaders to fully support the Global Vaccination Strategy I launched with the World Health Organization (WHO) last month. We need to get vaccines into the arms of 40 per cent of people in all countries by the end of this year — and 70 per cent by mid-2022.”

Career
Guterres was Prime Minister of Portugal from 1995 to 2002, as leader of the Socialist Party. He also was President of the Socialist International from 1999 to 2005.[3]
He was the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees from June 2005 to December 2015.
In October 2016 the United Nations General Assembly elected António Guterres by acclamation to become the next UN Secretary-General, succeeding the retiring Ban Ki-moon.[4]
