Unidentified flying objects are a mysterious subject. While there have been credible reports of unsolved massive sightings, corporate media all over the world continue blaming aliens, while the world's air forces’ high-tech, massive black budgets go largely unquestioned.

An Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) is by its original 1953 definition: "any airborne object which by performance, aerodynamic characteristics, or unusual features, does not conform to any presently known aircraft or missile type, or which cannot be positively identified as a familiar object".[1] It can, depending on the observation, be synonymous or have a strong overlap with Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

Official Narrative

Most UFOs are identified on the investigation as conventional objects or phenomena. In popular media, especially film and television, they are near-universally attributed to extraterrestrial lifeforms (“Aliens”).

Concerns

UFO's are a highly manipulated topic[2][3][4] which has caused many controversies over the years. There is some speculation that the increased nuclear testing since the 1950s coincided with increased UFO activity and a number of sightings have been close to nuclear installations.[5][6][7]

The journalist Leslie Kean observes:

“But at the same time these reports were filed, the government was telling the general public that they had no interest in UFOs and weren’t investigating them anymore. So the documents sort of run counter to the public stance of the government since the close of its own agency back in 1970. So that’s sort of an interesting thing.”
Leslie Kean [8]

Disclosure movement

Zain Khan Live YT channel (January 31, 2023) 'Zain Khan Live: UFO Phenomenon is a CIA Psyop claims Journalist Matthew Ehret'

Although the disclosure movement has some notoriously polarizing individuals such as Steven Greer using the topic for political gain, and has been linked to official opposition narrative-disinformation pushers, questions remain who is feeding them information and why.[9]

Matthew Ehret points out the involvement and financing of the UFO disclosure movement by Laurence Rockefeller and asks the questions:

“Did Laurence Rockefeller or those on his payroll or those in the CIA actually care about the right of the people to know hidden truths, or is the plan just designed to mis-direct the minds of credulous and jaded citizens into an invisible cage? Might such a mis-direction prevent people from dealing with issues of America’s lurch to fascism and accelerating disintegration? Is it possible that these pedophiles, globalists, and Malthusian billionaires care less about the truth and more about inducing Americans to fixate on aliens while the republic is destroyed under economic collapse and war?”
Matthew Ehret [10]

Russia

USSR

In 2013 RBTH interviewed a person named Vasily Yeremenko, who according to the article, oversaw the KGB division for air force and aircraft manufacturing. This division was "entrusted with the task of collecting all reports of UFO sightings". In the early 80's, an experiment was staged to summon UFO's: "By then, experts had realized that UFOs were frequently sighted in areas of "heightened tension" – for instance, during weapons tests, or when there was a lot of military hardware gathered in one area." The article describes these objects as "luminous spheres", akin to the Foo fighter's of World War 2.[11]

United States

60 Minutes (May 16, 2021) - 'Navy pilots describe encounters with UFOs'

Early history

Gerald K. Haines for Studies In Intelligence writes:[4]

The first report of a "flying saucer" over the United States came on 24 June 1947, when Kenneth Arnold, a private pilot and reputable businessman, while looking for a downed plane sighted nine disk-shaped objects near Mt. Rainier, Washington, traveling at an estimated speed of over 1,000 mph. Arnold's report was followed by a flood of additional sightings, including reports from military and civilian pilots and air traffic controllers all over the United States. In 1948, Air Force Gen. Nathan Twining, head of the Air Technical Service Command, established Project SIGN (initially named Project SAUCER) to collect, collate, evaluate, and distribute within the government all information relating to such sightings, on the premise that UFOs might be real and of national security concern.

The Technical Intelligence Division of the Air Material Command (AMC) at Wright Field (later Wright-Patterson Air Force Base) in Dayton, Ohio, assumed control of Project SIGN and began its work on 23 January 1948. Although at first fearful that the objects might be Soviet secret weapons, the Air Force soon concluded that UFOs were real but easily explained and not extraordinary. The Air Force report found that almost all sightings stemmed from one or more of three causes: mass hysteria and hallucination, hoax, or misinterpretation of known objects. Nevertheless, the report recommended continued military intelligence control over the investigation of all sightings and did not rule out the possibility of extraterrestrial phenomena.

Amid mounting UFO sightings, the Air Force continued to collect and evaluate UFO data in the late 1940s under a new project, GRUDGE, which tried to alleviate public anxiety over UFOs via a public relations campaign designed to persuade the public that UFOs constituted nothing unusual or extraordinary. UFO sightings were explained as balloons, conventional aircraft, planets, meteors, optical illusions, solar reflections, or even "large hailstones." GRUDGE officials found no evidence in UFO sightings of advanced foreign weapons design or development, and they concluded that UFOs did not threaten US security. They recommended that the project be reduced in scope because the very existence of Air Force official interest encouraged people to believe in UFOs and contributed to a "war hysteria" atmosphere. On 27 December 1949, the Air Force announced the project's termination.

With increased Cold War tensions, the Korean war, and continued UFO sightings, USAF Director of Intelligence Maj. Gen. Charles P. Cabell ordered a new UFO project in 1952. Project BLUE BOOK became the major Air Force effort to study the UFO phenomenon throughout the 1950s and 1960s. The task of identifying and explaining UFOs continued to fall on the Air Material Command at Wright-Patterson. With a small staff, the Air Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) tried to persuade the public that UFOs were not extraordinary. Projects SIGN, GRUDGE, and BLUE BOOK set the tone for the official US Government position regarding UFOs for the next 30 years.

Area 51

Nevada is home to "Area 51", the common name of a highly classified US Air Force airfield and test location officially called Homey Airport (KXTA) or Groom Lake (after the salt flat situated next to its airfield). The place is steeped in history with UFO sightings (stimulated by spooks such as Ulius Amoss[12] and W. Stuart Symington[13]) that has caused virtually all theories regarding the need for such secrecy to be just "conspiracy theories", nevertheless in 2013, the CIA released an official history of the U-2 and OXCART projects from the 1950s up until the 1970s which acknowledged the existence of Area 51 in response to a FOIA request submitted in 2005.[14] In 2012, a BBC crew who attempted to walk past security "watching TV" and enter the base was held a gunpoint, detained for 12 hours, while the FBI took their equipment, told the crew "that this incident was so serious that Washington had to call London to advise that 12 'Brits' had just breached security at America's most top-secret military base and that we all were at one point going to jail for six months", and that they escaped the punishment named "make you disappear and your body will never be found"[15], being tailed by FBI for the remainder of their stay in the US, raising questions what is happening there.

Arron Lee - "It doesn't exist officially. It uses highly pressured mercury accelerated by nuclear energy to produce a plasma that creates a field of anti-gravity around the ship. Conventional thrusters located at the tips of the craft allow it to perform all manner of rapid high-speed maneuvers along all three axes. Interestingly, the plasma generated also reduces radar signature significantly. So it'll be almost invisible on radar & remain undetected. This literally means that it can go to any country it likes without being detected by air traffic control & air defense systems." [16]

TR-3 Black Manta

In the 2010s several websites hosted by US military-veterans accused the US Air Force black projects as responsible for the "black triangle planes". The spotted triangles would belong to the "TR-3 Black Manta".[17][18]

Hilary Clinton's Email Server

During the 2010s, even with the rise of the 24/7 CCM, UFOs, or, in particular Special Access Programs had become a third rail topic. It was mentioned in the Hillary Clinton/Private email server, but little was done to research what these programs would be.[19].

“So, are Unacknowledged Special Access Programs out of control in the United States? Good question. The term "Special Access Program", let alone "Unacknowledged Special Access Program", is only very seldom mentioned in the media. For example, these terms have not been mentioned at all in relation to the NSA spy revelations in recent years of William Binney and Edward Snowden, even though one would expect that many of the NSA spy programs as PRISM, Stellar Wind, Boundless Informant and JTRIG fell into this category. The term "Special Access Program" did recently surface with regard to the Hillary Clinton email scandals. As Obama's secretary of state, Clinton, against protocol, maintained a private mailbox full of information on all kinds of Special Access Programs. No details on these programs have been provided.”

Fmr. intel official: U.S. is concealing a ‘multi-decade’ UFO program - CNBC

By 2020 the Department of Defense has reversed its decades old stance after the closure of Project Bluebook to categorically deny/ignore the existence of the phenomenon[21] and acknowledged the authenticity of US/Navy fighter jet videos from 2004 and 2015.[22]

In popular culture

  • The X-Files features the UFO topic extensively [23]
  • UFO is a 70s British television series which introduced the concept of abductions to a wider audience [24]
  • Dark Skies is a 90s television series on the UFO topic, in it government agencies of the US and USSR collaborate above day-to-day politics

George Carlin“To my way of thinking, there is every bit as much evidence for the existence of UFOs as there is for the existence of God. Probably far more. At least in the case of UFOs there have been countless taped and filmed—and, by the way, unexplained—sightings from all over the world, along with documented radar evidence seen by experienced military and civilian radar operators.”George Carlin
Jimmy Carter“"Yes the incident of Jimmy Carter crying after being briefed about classified information regarding UFO's is largely believed to be true by the serious researchers on the subject. As a forewarning, the following information is very unsettling and will explain why Cater never "kept his promise" of revealing classified UFO information to the public.

According to the story that was corroborated by more than once witness, U.S. presidents are only given a cursory overview of the subject. Apparently, the CIA runs the program, only provide information to the President on a need to know basis, and do no consider presidential curiosity as sufficient need to know. This was implemented after Kennedy, and all presidents after him have been given only summary briefings (some presidents for unknown reasons were given more than others).

Okay onto your question, President Carter is a deeply religious man who had also witnessed a UFO with 6 other people. Everyone thought that he would be the one to finally release UFO info to the public but as the story goes, he was repeatedly stonewalled. Eventually, the CIA had "the talk" with him, and afterward it was reported that he sunk his head in his hands and not only began to deeply sob, but was visibly disturbed for some weeks afterward.

What was he told and shown?

He was told that major religions including Christianity were programs created by extraterrestrials to prevent us from destroying ourselves while they ran their experiments on us -- and that they made us. At this moment is became clear to Carter that such information could cause tremendous economic and social upheaval. I should add that I am not only a Christian, but a clergyman, so I am in no way attempting to promote atheism here. In fact, how God fits into this might be an interesting separate post. Nevertheless, these are the facts as I know them to be."”

Elon Musk“Seems like an opportune moment to bring up the Fermi Paradox, aka 'Where are the aliens?' Really odd that we see no sign of them. Btw, please don't mention the pyramids. Stacking stone blocks is not evidence of an advanced civilization. The rumor that I'm building a spaceship to get back to my home planet Mars is totally untrue. The ancient Egyptians were amazing, but if aliens built the pyramids, they would've left behind a computer or something”X
