Former senior technical director of the NSA, in charge of thousands of employees, William Binney resigned after 9-11 to blow the whistle on fraud and corruption.

William Binney spent 32 years at the NSA, where he rose to the senior technical director. Widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency, he managed thousands of NSA employees.[1]

Resignation

He resigned after 9/11 over concerns about growing domestic surveillance. He spent time as director of the NSA’s World Geopolitical and Military Analysis Reporting Group and was a senior NSA crypto-mathematician largely responsible for automating the agency’s worldwide eavesdropping network.

In 2014, he stated that "the U.S. has already become a police state".[1]

September 11th opinions

Binney has signed the petition by Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth calling for a new investigation into the destruction of the Twin Towers and WTC 7 on 9/11.[2]
