He was invited attend a meeting of Le Cercle in London, on June 21, 2013, where he gave a speech on "Eastern Europe between Stagnation in the West and Rapid Growth in the East".[1]

At the London 2014 meeting, on June 20,he spoke at Le Cercle on "Is There Any Reason for the Czech Republic to Celebrate the First Ten Years in the EU?"[2]
