Legally mandated vaccination or "forced vaccination" has long understood to be a grievous infringement of freedom, but has been carried out in some countries, including in the US.[1][2] In recent years, this practice has been carried out, generally only in more indirect forms -- i.e. to keep this job, or send your child to this school, submit to vaccination will be required.

Vaccine interference

Vaccines effective against one disease may damage the body's immune natural response against other diseases. [3]
History
1898-1904 Smallpox epidemic
In 1901, smallpox vaccinations were carried out at gunpoint in the US. A 1902 US Supreme Court "upheld the right of a state to order a vaccination for its population during an epidemic to protect the people from a devastating disease", although other restrictions were placed on this practice.[4]
In a lot of other cases, i.e. flu the vaccine seems to causes more deaths than the (rapidly changing) pathogen - in part due to adjuvants.[citation needed]
Gulf War
The US tested an unknown number of vaccines on its armed forces, resulting in Gulf War syndrome
COVID-19

In response to COVID-19/Panic many people have promoted the idea of mandating COVID-19 Vaccination, although such a vaccine has yet to be developed.
Denmark
In 2020 the Danish government changed the law to permit this.[citation needed]
Germany
- Jens Spahn German Minister of Health
- Markus Söder Gov. of Bavaria
Spain
In April 2020 in the Spanish region of Andalucia, influenza vaccinations were mandated in 2020 for all over 65's and people at risk, as part of the regions Covid-19 measures.[5]. This is despite the fact that influenza vaccines do not help against Covid-19, and may even aggravate it due to vaccine interference.[6]
Resistance
Many activists have highlighted the risks of mandating vaccines, drawing attention to the influence of big pharma over scientists and politicians.

COVID-19/Resistance | “I have done my bit and been vaccinated because we were told that was the route to protect others and regain our freedoms. Neither was correct. I will not allow my perfectly healthy body to become a cash cow for Pfizer.” | Allison Pearson | 9 December 2021 |
COVID-19/Timeline | “as part of that transition, we are seeing high prices for some of the things that people have to buy [...] the only way we’re going to get to a place where we work through this transition is if everyone in America and everyone around the world gets vaccinated” | Wally Adeyemo | |
Alan Dershowitz | “Let me put it very clearly," Dershowitz said. "You have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business....[But] If you refuse to be vaccinated [for a contagious disease], the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor's office and plunge a needle into your arm....You have no right to refuse to be vaccinated against a contagious disease," Dershowitz added. "Public health, the police power of the Constitution, gives the state the power to compel that. And there are cases in the United States Supreme Court..."That's what a democracy is about...If the majority of the people agree and support that, for public health measures, you have to be vaccinated, you have to be vaccinated. They should give you an alternative. The alternative is to live in your home, don't get vaccinated, but never ever leave your home or live in a bubble."<a href="#cite_note-24">[24]</a>” | Alan Dershowitz | October 2021 |
Ebola | “As the epidemic gets more and more formidable and in some cases out of control it is quite conceivable, if not likely, that we may need to deploy the vaccine to the entire country to be able to shut the epidemic down. That is clearly a possibility.” | Anthony Fauci | 6 October 2014 |
David Jones | “I do hope nobody in Government is flirting with the idea of compulsory vaccination. That would be abominable, and I and very many colleagues simply wouldn’t support it.” | David Jones | 8 December 2021 |
Angela Richardson | “I can say categorically that compulsory vaccinations are a step too far. That is my contribution to a national conversation.” | Angela Richardson | 8 December 2021 |
Rachel Schraer | “Andrew Bridgen was previously critical of policies like lockdown and the idea of vaccine mandates - but he praised the development of the Covid vaccine, and tweeted proudly when he received his doses.
It wasn't until last autumn that he began to make increasingly baseless claims, including that the vaccines were killing many people and that the damage was being covered up. At first, he began highlighting some real, but rare, instances of genuine vaccine injury and misinterpreting real data to suggest these cases were more common than the research suggests. But in recent weeks, this rhetoric has ramped up. Extensive independent research shows that Covid vaccines are extremely effective at preventing deaths and that serious side effects (including approximately 60 deaths in England and Wales) are rare, given the tens of millions of doses administered.” | Rachel Schraer | 11 January 2022 |
Bob Wieckowski | “The police power of the state...has absolute authority to force that person (even adults) to get the vaccination...We undervalue our power–the state police power. If we believe that children are being harmed, we go into this domain of family rights, which are not absolute, and my question is: maybe we are not going far enough?” | Bob Wieckowski Bob Wieckowski (California State Senator) | 2015 |
Michael Yeadon | “It’s become absolutely clear to me, even when I talk to intelligent people, friends, acquaintances … and they can tell I’m telling them something important, but they get to the point [where I say] ‘your government is lying to you in a way that could lead to your death and that of your children,’ and they can’t begin to engage with it. And I think maybe 10% of them understand what I said, and 90% of those blank their understanding of it because it is too difficult. And my concern is, we are going to lose this, because people will not deal with the possibility that anyone is so evil…” | Michael Yeadon | April 2021 |
Michael Yeadon | “If you wanted to depopulate a significant portion of the world, and to do it in a way that wouldn’t require destruction of the environment with nuclear weapons, or poisoning everyone with anthrax or something, and you wanted plausible deniability, whilst you had a multi-year infectious disease crisis; I don’t think you could come up with a better plan than what seems to be in front of me. I can’t say that’s what they’re going to do, but I cannot think of a benign explanation for why they are doing it.” | Michael Yeadon | April 2021 |
Michael Yeadon | “It's completely absurd to vaccinate the whole world. Our politicians here in the UK and their advisors just lie to us and lead us down the wrong path. It is a crime. It starts with the untrustworthy PCR test. It scares people. In this way, restrictive measures can be implemented. I can only see non-medical reasons for the global vaccinations.” | Michael Yeadon | April 2021 |
