George Nebolsine was the son of Arcadi Nebolsine, an admiral in the Imperial Russian Navy.
Activities
He served also as a member of the executive committee of the United States Council of the International Chamber of Commerce and as vice chairman of the international chamber's commission of foreign investment and economic development.[1]
