Jacob "Jake" Jeremiah Sullivan is a US Deep state operative.
Activities
Sullivan was a member of the inaugural 2002 World Fellows Program. He was also a member of the 7th floor group.[1] He was one of the authors of many messages that appeared on several Hillary Clinton email chains that were later labeled "top secret" by the State Department. The Washington Times wrote that he was responsible for up to 1/3 of the classified messages released by September 2015.[2]
