But these social networks have also accelerated and amplified, sometimes deliberately and on an almost industrial scale, the dissemination of false information, even hate speech and conspiracy theories – and these tend to reinforce each other...we especially need to supervise the social media platforms on all these issues, and this, quickly [...].
