Bruno Tertrais has been Deputy Director of the Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique (Foundation for Strategic Research, FRS), the main French think-tank on international security issues, since 2017.[1] In 2017, during the presidential campaign, Bruno Tertrais was part of the group of experts who advised Emmanuel Macron on diplomatic and military questions. Tertrais attended the 2017 Bilderberg conference.

Education

Bruno Tertrais graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris[2]. He also holds a master's degree in public law obtained at the University of Paris-Nanterre in 1984 and a Master's degree in comparative politics from the same university, obtained in 1985[3].
