This is a very grave incident with many serious international implications. Many have questioned who may be really behind many of the recent terrorist acts around the world including the ones against the WTC and the Pentagon. The Mexican public and congress has been reticent about declaring war against Islam along with the U.S. It is possible that an act of "terrorism" against the Mexican Congress was planned in order to "terrorize" Mexico into towing the line against Islam. La Voz de Aztlan will be on top of this developing story to report any additional developments.

DescriptionTwo Israelis caught with false passports grenades, explosives and guns in the Mexican parliament a month after 9-11. Later released without charge. Western corporate media uninterested.

The 2001 Mexican legislative assembly attack occurred around 5pm[1] on 10 October 2001.[2] Two armed Israelis, Saar Noam Ben Zvi and Salvador Gersson Smeck (a suspected Mossad agent[2]) carrying Pakistani passports[3] were arrested in the Mexican Legislative assembly. The attack was widely but only briefly reported on Mexican TV and in local newspapers. It was reported in Pravda on 13 October[2] but appears to have been subject to a news blackout as it was covered scarcely if at all by Western commercially-controlled media. After "the Israeli Embassy used heavy handed measures to have the two Israelis released", they were indeed released without charge.[4]

Official narrative

What attack? Where? By Wikipedia's criteria (i.e. reporting in the Western commercially-controlled media), the event is not "notable", since it was not followed by the US commercially-controlled media. Maybe it didn't even happen? Could the Mexican Government have been incorrect in its posting of a story about Israelis with weapons in the Legislative Assembly? CNN reportedly "made a brief mention of a foiled terrorist bomb plot in the Mexican Parliament building",[5] but if it exists, this article was not readily visible online as of 2019.

Arrest

"Two Israeli terrorists are escorted out of the Mexican Congress"[6]

"This morning La Voz de Aztlan had a personal telephone interview with the Mexican Congressional Press Secretary, Lic. Adriana Lopez, and verified the arrest of the two Israelis after they had entered through the highly secured front entrance of the Palacio Legislativo de San Lázaro. She stated to La Voz de Aztlan that the two terrorists had taken advantage of a situation that occurred around 1700 hours of Wednesday October 10 when a large contingent of Sugar Industry Unionists were entering through the metal detectors. The two Israelis followed about 50 of the unionists to the office of the President of the Mexican Congress Beatriz Paredes. The two Israelis were first pretending to be press photographers but called the attention of the sugar unionists because of their nervous and out of the ordinary behavior. About ten of the unionists confronted them and observed that they were carrying guns and and what looked to them to be explosives. They held the two Israelis until Official Congressional Security personnel took them into custody. The head of Congressional Security Salvador Alarcón verified that the Israelis had in their possession nine hand grenades, sticks of dynamite, detonators, wiring and two 9mm "Glock" automatics."[1]

Release

The attackers were "released through high level intervention from the Israeli Embassy and the then Mexican Zionist Secretary of Foreign Relations George Gutman (aka - Jorge Castaneda)."[7] Saar Noam Ben Zvi was released "on about $4,000 bail and the case turned over to the Mexican immigration authorities."[8]

Reporting

This incident was the top story on Mexican TV the day it happened, but disappeared after only a couple of days. The primary source of this report website of the Attorney General of Mexico is pgr.gob.mx. The Internet Archive, as of March 2019, had an archived a page (Boletín #697/01) of this site from 23 November 2001:

Western Media Blackout

The Western corporate media may have almost completely failed to report this story. It was reported but dismissed (on grounds of "anti-semitism" by USAJewish.com). CNN may have published a short report.[citation needed] However, Pravda published the following story on October 13, 2001:

Parallels

The attack was one month after 9-11 and 2 weeks after the car bombing of a legislative assembly in India. It occurred 2 months before a shooting attack on the Indian Parliament.

The George Washington Bomb plot of 9-11 was similarly (and even more effectively) removed from the historical record. The dancing Israelis of 9-11 were similarly not charged but quietly sent back to Israel.

Ratings

5star.png 30 November 2018 Robin  A good overview of this event which the commercially-controlled media have tried to sweep down the memory hole.
One month after 9-11, a remarkable attack occurred on the Mexican parliament, by a couple well armed Israeli Mossad agents with Pakistani passports. The fact that Western Corporate media was uninterested (and therefore, Wikipedia too) should give food for thought.
5star.png 30 November 2021 Sunvalley  Good overview and as far as I can see, the most substantiated account about what happened on the Internet.
