Preparation for Climate change includes carbon taxes and certificates.

"To understand the double-speak use of sustainable, we need to go back to Maurice Strong, a billionaire Canadian oilman and close friend of David Rockefeller, the man who played a central role back in the 1970s for the idea that man-made CO2 emissions were making the world unsustainable. Strong created the UN Environment Program, and in 1988, the UN Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) to exclusively study manmade CO2."

A "sustainable" world?

The outcome of carbon taxes is likely social control and freedom for the few, slavery and limited mobility for the many:

"The decision to demonize CO2, one of the most essential compounds to sustain all life, human and plant, is not random. As Prof. Richard Lindzen an MIT atmospheric physicist puts it, CO2 for different people has different attractions. After all, what is it? – it’s not a pollutant, it’s a product of every living creature’s breathing, it’s the product of all plant respiration, it is essential for plant life and photosynthesis, it’s a product of all industrial burning, it’s a product of driving – I mean, if you ever wanted a leverage point to control everything from exhalation to driving, this would be a dream. So it has a kind of fundamental attractiveness to bureaucratic mentality."

On June 3 2020, WEF chairman Klaus Schwab released a video announcing the annual theme for 2021, The Great Reset:

“There are many reasons to pursue a Great Reset, but the most urgent is COVID-19 (...) climate change could be the next global disaster with even more dramatic consequences for humankind.”

Ursula von der Leyen at the February 2021 Munich Security Conference special event said the following:

“[...] and let me give you two examples for what could be driving our new global agenda. The first example is climate change. Climate change is the looming crisis behind Covid; and the loss of biodiversity is a main driver of today's and potentially future pandemics.”

These talking points are in line with Bill Gates who published an article in August 2020 with the headline: "COVID-19 is awful. Climate change could be worse." and Deutsche Bank, which in a strategy paper from November 2020 mentions that: "A certain degree of eco-dictatorship will be necessary".

"Carbon" taxes and certificates

Reduction of CO2 emissions is not expected from the certificate auctions according to official documents; the result is squeezing poor nations and people while not affecting the life style of super rich nations and individuals. In line with this outcome is the WEF's digital identity program which would enable the issuer to limit access to travel, shopping, banking, work, health care, internet and cultural life in a totalitarian fashion.

A new form of "debt" ensalvement

A Club of Rome report mentions as a side note, that particularly poor nations (Africa, India) will have trouble paying "carbon taxes". These new global taxes may take the place of interest payments for IMF loans, paving the way for a new monetary system (without the necessity for perpetual growth), without abandoning debt enslavement of lesser developed countries and the population at large based on "guilt" - not unlike the racket of the catholic church in medieval times.

Climate lockdowns

By mid 2020 the wording "climate lockdown" has been introduced; in early April 2020 a website dedicated to the topic, climatelockdown.com, has been registered. In line with Bill Gates who published the headline: "COVID-19 is awful. Climate change could be worse." and Deutsche Bank, which in a strategy paper from November 2020 mentions that: "A certain degree of eco-dictatorship will be necessary".

Population Reduction

D. Sornette cites C. Scarre, an archaeologist from the Cambridge University and V. Scarborough, an archaeologist from the University of Cincinnati for his impression, that a decline in global temperature might be a factor for population reduction in past centuries:

“Similarly, the Akkadian empire in Mesopotamia, the Old Kingdom of Egypt, the Indus Valley civilization in India, and early societies in Palestine, Greece, and Crete all collapsed in a catastrophic drought and cooling of the atmosphere between 2300 and 2200 B.C.”

This might explain the deeper meaning of the term "sustainability" as understood by Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates and other deep state actors, when "global cooling" to prevent a disaster is envisioned.

Carbon War Room

Sir Richard Branson has frequently called for geoengineering to combat climate change. He helped fund the Royal Society's inquiry into solar radiation management through his Carbon War Room "charity".

Natural resources

The chemical element Cobalt is a key component of electric cars. Congo has the worlds largest supply, and this is in high demand. A Chinese company has recently bought out the American owners. Hunter Biden has been linked to this.

A small group of leading climate scientists like Wallace Smith Broecker, who who popularized the phrase "global warming" when the notion of "global cooling" was phased out, financially supported by billionaires including Bill Gates, are lobbying governments and international bodies to back experiments into manipulating the climate on a global scale to avoid catastrophic climate change by spraying millions of tonnes of reflective particles of sulphur dioxide 30 miles above earth.

"There are clear conflicts of interest between many of the people involved in the debate," said Diana Bronson, a researcher with Montreal-based geoengineering watchdog ETC.

"What is really worrying is that the same small group working on high-risk technologies that will geoengineer the planet is also trying to engineer the discussion around international rules and regulations. We cannot put the fox in charge of the chicken coop."

"The eco-clique are lobbying for a huge injection of public funds into geoengineering research. They dominate virtually every inquiry into geoengineering. They are present in almost all of the expert deliberations. They have been the leading advisers to parliamentary and congressional inquiries and their views will, in all likelihood, dominate the deliberations of the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) as it grapples for the first time with the scientific and ethical tangle that is climate engineering," said Clive Hamilton, professor of Public Ethics at the Australian National University, in a Guardian blog.
