In February 2010, Democratic Senator Hiram Monserrate became the first member of the Legislature to be expelled in over 80 years.[1]
Anthony Weiner resigned from US congress after photos emerged where he texted pictures of his bulge to a 21 year old woman; Not a crime. In 2016, the Daily Mail reported Hilary Clinton mentioned Wiener in mails from her private server, causing pictures to emerge in a FBI probe of Weiner texting the same pics to a 15 year old. On May 19, 2017, Weiner pled guilty to one count of transferring obscene material to a minor. Wiener's wife, 7th Floor Group and suspected deep state actor Huma Abedin filed for divorce.
