Private Equity firm management

As of 2015, the Clinton Foundation was operating a $20 million private equity firm in Colombia, raising concerns from government and consumer watchdog groups who say the practice is unusual and could pose a significant conflict of interest. [2]

2016 hacking

Reuters reported in August 2016 that the Clinton Foundation had been hacked.[3]

Incorrect Tax returns

In 2015, the foundation admitted errors in four separate years regards the reporting of donations from foreign governments.[4]

Haitian Earthquake

Haitian government official Klaus Eberwein suggested that the Clinton Foundation misappropriated funds donated to Haiti after the earthquake. He was found dead in July 2017, a week before he was due to testify before the Haitian Senate’s Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission[5] about corruption by the foundation.[6]
