As Governor of New Jersey, Phil Murphy followed the trend and announced COVID Lockdown legislation. When Tucker Carlson asked him "By what authority did you nullify the Bill of Rights in issuing this order? How do you have the power to do that?" Murphy replied that he “wasn’t thinking of the Bill of Rights.”[1]
