The Metropolitan Police Service's Counter Terrorism Command published a statement following the release of video which apparently shows a British-accented [[ISIS]] jihadi decapitating kidnapped [[journalist]] [[James Foley]] in 2014. It read: "We would like to remind the public that viewing, downloading or disseminating extremist material within the UK may constitute an offence under Terrorism legislation."
