Not to be confused with David Clark (writer), former special adviser to Robin Cook and researcher for John Reid, freelance writer, and lobbyist.

Dr David George Clark MP, Baron Clark of Windermere, is a UK politician. He was a senior fellow at the Institute for Statecraft where his specialities were listed as "International Security; Transatlantic Relations; UK Foreign Policy; Eastern Europe".[1] He directed their "The Future of the West" project.[2] He is also a member of the Atlantic Council of the United Kingdom.
