Louise Arbour is a Canadian attorney and judge. She attended the Bilderberg for the first time in 2019.

Career

Chief prosecutor of war crimes before the International Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia from 1996-1999.

Served as the UN high commissioner for human rights from 2004-08.
