He is one of the arrangers of the Tylösand Summit, a secretive yearly summit which possibly coordinates parts the Swedish deep state in a similar way to the Bilderberg conference.

Dahlbäck is the son of Esselte CEO Sven Dahlbäck and Elisabeth, born in the noble family Alströmer[1]. He graduated as a naval officer from the Royal Swedish Naval Academy in 1968 and was a reserve officer in the Navy. He graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in 1972 with a PhD in economics.[2]
Career
After his education, he has been active in Investor AB relations since 1973. He worked as its CEO from 1978 to 1999, vice chairman of the board from 1999 to 2002, and chairman from 2002 to 2005. Previously, he sat the boards of directors of the ABB Group, Allmänna Svenska Elektriska Aktiebolaget, Electrolux, Ericsson, OMX, Saab Scania, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, SKF, Findus, V&S Group and Gambro, all companies in the Wallenberg Sphere[3].
He was treasurer (finance officer) of the Stockholm School of Economics in the university's highest executive body from 2000 to 2001. He is chairman of the Stockholm School of Economics Association, the highest decision-making body of the Stockholm School of Economics, since 2001.
He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs.[4][5]
In 2022, he was one of the founders of the Ecocide Law Alliance Foundation.
