Edward Lucas is a UK propagandist connected to the Integrity Initiative.

Career

Lucas was a foreign correspondent from 1988 to 2002 and wrote for The Economist until 2017. He has co-authored a paper with Ben Nimmo.[1]

Opinions

Edward Lucas wrote on Twitter that Chris Donelly [sic.] is one of the most admirable people I know.” [2]

He engaged on Twitter after David Miller, Tim Hayward and others asked him about the Integrity Initiative. He replied:

I don't see why one lot of people have to explain being on lists compiled by another lot of people. Private association is a cornerstone of a free society. Your informal cheerful tone is probably kindly meant, but it could be interpreted as intimidating or patronising.[3]
