Kaare Sandegren graduated in art in 1947 at Fagerborg Gymnasium in Oslo and studied history and social economicsat the University of Oslo (UiO) and later political science at the University of Oregon and at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts/Harvard).
