Stefan Kirchner is a diplomat working for the British embassy in Beijing, China as secretary, the Foreign and Commonwealth office and the Dutch embassy in The Hague, the Netherlands, as Head of Policy. He is named as the embassy contact for the Integrity Initiative in the Integrity Initiative/Leak/1. He speaks Dutch (although his proficiency is not on the level you'd expect of someone with a 3 year intensive course), French, German & Mandarin.[1]
Background
Kirchner described himself as "experienced Diplomat with a demonstrated track record of working in sensitive, highly political areas of international affairs. Skilled in International Relations, Policy Analysis and connecting business with governments, both through 4+ years in tech space and within government.".[2]
He appears to be touring the coastal province of Zeeland in 2019 and 2020 as part of a tour regarding World War 2.[3]
