The corporate members include several different levels of support,Strategic Partnership,Chairman’s Circle,President’s Circle, event support etc. The donors the Council caters to are heavily dominated by arms manufactures, big tech companies and oil companies.[1]

In return, the Council promises "finding solutions to issues of mutual concern" to these corporations.

With Event Sponsorships, the Atlantic Council offers to harness its "high-level convening power" for special events. The "benefits are strategically tailored around the gathering and your company’s interests". Especially the energy forum in Abu Dhabi and the Digital Forensic Research Lab are mentioned as important.
