Andrés Pastrana Arango is a Colombian politician who was the 30th President of Colombia from 1998 to 2002,[1] following in the footsteps of his father, Misael Pastrana Borrero, who was president from 1970 to 1974.
He was selected a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in 1994.
He is mentioned both in Jeffrey Epstein's black book and as a passenger on the Lolita Express.
After his presidency, he became member of several intelligence-connected think tanks, including the International Republican Institute and the Global Panel Foundation.
