William Cooper announced on 28th June, 2001 on his radio programme, "Hour of the Time", that a major attack on USA was planned and that "Whatever they're going to blame on Usama bin Laden - don't you believe it".[2]
Death
He was fatally shot during a raid on his house on November 5, 2001. Federal authorities reported that Cooper had spent years evading execution of a 1998 arrest warrant, and according to a spokesman for the US Marshals Service, he vowed that "he would not be taken alive".[3]
