Thomas J. Wright is the Senior Director for Strategic Planning at the United States National Security Council, and he is co-author, with Colin Kahl, of Aftershocks: Pandemic Politics and the End of the Old International Order.
He attended the 2023 Bilderberg meeting.
Career
Wright was director and as a senior fellow of the Center on the United States and Europe at the Brookings Institution since 2017. [1][2]
