Peter Pomeransev is a journalist. RT termed him a "so-called expert".[1]
Background
In 1978, Pomeransev's father, broadcaster and poet Igor Pomerantsev was arrested by the KGB for spreading anti-Soviet literature.[2] His parents moved to West Germany.

He is the director of the Arena Programme, a think tank dedicated to overcoming the challenges of digital era disinformation and polarisation.
