Stephen Poloz is a central banker and suspected Canadian deep state functionary. As Governor of the Bank of Canada in March 2020 he announced a huge increase in the money supply in nominal response to COVID-19.

Poloz reduced the interest rate to 0.25 per cent and launched programs in nominal response to COVID-19.[1]
