Paul-Henri Spaak's Principal Private Secretary, Jean Drapier attended 3 of the first 4 Bilderbergs. He himself attended 3 Bilderberg conferences (one of which was even reported in the Washington Post)[1] but did not attended before becoming secretary general, the universal pattern since NATO was restructured after the 1966 Bilderberg.
