The National Health service (NHS) is the public health system of the United Kingdom. |
The UK's National Health Service provides a lot of free treatment for UK citizens. Seen as a holy cow in British society, it has been subjected to a project of privatisation by stealth. During COVID-19, its status was exploited to facilitate the project of covert privatisation and the mass COVID-19 injection project.

Origins
After World War II.
Privatization
A creeping privatization project has been underway for decades, degrading the quality of the service and introducing charges. The UK Deep state's Integrity Initiative was revealed to have an NHS reform group. As Robin Ramsay noted “At first look II is neither surprising nor sinister... The striking thing is the listing of an II subgroup on NHS reform, which has nothing to do with Russian disinformation operations. Given the orientation of the group, we may safety presume that the subgroup’s purpose wasn’t to oppose NHS ‘reform’ – i.e. its privatisation. And this suggests a wider, neo-liberal agenda.” [1]
NHS as a religion
"The NHS is the closest thing we have to a religion" - Nigel Lawson[3]
Blurring the lines between public and private gives the impression that "we're all in this together" - Pfizer and the NHS are one and the same.
COVID-19

Fear of exceeding the NHS' capacity due to an influx of COVID-19 patients was use as the major argument behind the UK COVID-19 lockdown. Thousands of patients were sent home and a lot of non-COVID operations were cancelled, leading to a lot of unused capacity and idle staff.[4]
The NHS, either through incompetence or on purpose, implemented triage procedures that created waves of increased deaths. This included increased use of the euthanasia drug midazolam and "Do not resuscitate orders".
British doctors get paid 22 pounds per child jabbed.[5]
Parallel structures
During COVID-event, ministers transfer key public health duties from the NHS and other state bodies to the private sector without open competition, awarding a string of contracts to private companies and management consultants.
The key act that ceded control of the entire event to a handful of private individuals was the taking away of testing from NHS pathology labs and what was left of the old Public Health Laboratory Services, in favour of unregulated Lighthouse Labs and similar companies[6]. In Lighthouse Labs, management consultant Deloitte is handling management, working alongside the Big Pharma companies GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca, as well as the army and private companies Amazon and Boots.[7]
Allyson Pollock, the director of the Newcastle University Centre for Excellence in Regulatory Science, said “We are beginning to see the construction of parallel structures, having eviscerated the old ones”...“I don’t think this is anything new, it just seems to be accelerated under Matt Hancock. These structures are completely divorced from local residents, local health services and local communities.”[7]
Contracts to operate drive-through coronavirus testing centres were awarded under special pandemic rules through a fast-track process without open competition.[7]
Dozens of private companies won contracts to build, run and support "Nightingale hospitals". Consultancy firm KPMG coordinated the setting up of the first Nightingale in east London alongside military planners. None of these temporary hospitals were ever used, for lack of patients.[7]
Mass surveillance
"A British woman says she was threatened with police visiting her home if she did not download the NHS coronavirus ‘track and trace’ app", which was officially voluntary.[8]
Propaganda campaign

The NHS has run a dystopian propaganda campaign during COVID-19. It is suspected that most of the PR is being outsourced. The Ad Agencies they are using must be raking it in. Despite this, the media has insisted that the only propaganda during COVID has been from those evil anti-vaxxers.[9]
Blood tests
The NHS is stopping all "non-urgent blood tests" from 1 September until at least 17 September.[10]
Crisis actors
In September 2021, the NHS advertised for acting jobs.[11]
During the vent Thirty-five organisations are listed as “data processors” involved in the NHS Test and Trace system but only four are NHS bodies. Four are Lighthouse Labs (see below).
Compartmentalisation
The NHS has been broken up into smaller sub-organisations.
- NHS Improvement
- NHS Property Services
- NHS England
- NHS Business Services Authority
- NHS Blood and Transplant
- NHS Digital
- NHS Resolution
- UK Health Security Agency

Theodore Dalrymple | “The British government has managed to spend approximately $50 billion on a system for testing and tracing cases of COVID-19. So far, the average citizen has been tested five times. Yet mysteriously, the British mortality rate is either above, or very similar to, that of countries that have tested and traced much less often. A parliamentary commission reported that there was no evidence that the whole system had had any beneficial effect whatever. This was a very hasty and naive conclusion. It assumed, for example, that the real object of the system was to prevent illness and save lives. But if one puts aside this facile prejudice, one may come to the conclusion that it was an enormous success, for—in now traditional fashion—it shoveled enormous quantities of public money into private pockets, no doubt seriously enriching large numbers of people. If one assumes that the purpose of the expenditure was to create or reward a clientele class, not only does everything become clear, but it changes one’s opinion as to whether or not the whole thing was a success—in its own terms, of course.” | Theodore Dalrymple | |
